Daniel Davies, Pwllheli, Chandler : Will 1836.
In the name of God Amen.I Daniel Davies of the Town of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Chandler being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same do this eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty five (1835) make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, viz.
In token of the love and affection I have and bear for and towards my dear and loving wife Catherine Davies, I give and bequeath unto her all my personal estate whether they be household Goods and Furniture, money, securities for money, chattels, stock in trade, and every other my estate and effects, of what nature or kind soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, absolutely.
And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved wife Catherine Davies, Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first before written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Daniel davies as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the first day of July in thr year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty six (1836) the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Catherine Davies, Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do nor amount in value to the sum of two hundred pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Effects of the late Daniel Davies in the Town of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio and County of Carnarvon deceased made and appraised by us/gratis this 21st day of June in the year of our Lord 1836.
