Elizabeth Griffith, Pwllheli : Bond 1825.
Know all men by these presents, that we Thomas Griffith of the Town of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Publican, Robert Owen of the Parish of Nefyn in the County aforesaid, Mariner and Evan Jones of the Parish of denio in the said County of Carnarvon, Mariner are holden and firmly bound ....... in the sum of thirty pounds.On the 24th day of December in the year of our Lord 1825 personally appeared Thomas Griffith and alledged that Elizabeth Griffith late of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, died in the year of our Lord 1815, Intestate without making any Will. That he this appearer is the lawful husband of the said deceased. Wherefore he prays that Administration of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased be granted to him on giving the usual security.
Let Administration pass as prayed to the said Thomas Griffith he being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the law directs and that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £20.
