Margaret Thomas, Clogwyn, Pwllheli, Widow : Will 1830.
In the name of God Amen.I Margaret Thomas of Clogwyn in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Widow, being in health of body and of sound disposing mind memory and understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, do this First day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine (1829) make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, viz.
First, I give, devise and bequeath unto my four daughters, Ellin wife of Rowland Griffith, Elizabeth Thomas, Anne wife of Ellis Williams and Mary Thomas, subject to the payment of my just debts funeral expenses and the proving of this my Will, all those my freehold messuages lands tenements hereditaments and premises, with every appurtenances thereto belonging situate lying and being in the several Parishes of Denio and Abererch, in the County of Carnarvon, commonly called or known ny the several names of Clogwyn and Tyddynperthi, and to their heirs for ever, as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants.
I give and bequeath unto my daughters Elizabeth Thomas and Mary Thomas all the personal property that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said daughters Elizabeth Thomas and Mary Thomas, Joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this and this only to be my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Margaret Thomas as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the second day of December in the year of our Lord 1830, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Elizabeth Thomas and Mary Thomas, Joint Executrixes, they being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of twenty pounds.
