William Rowlands, Pwllheli, Blacksmith : Bond 1823.
Know all men by these presents, that we David Rowlands of Carnarvon in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Grocer, Robert Jones of Carnarvon aforesaid, Draper and John Jones of Carnarvon aforesaid, watchmaker are holden and firmly bound ....... in the sum of two hundred and eighty pounds.The ninth day of September 1823.
David Rowlands within named took the usual oath of Administration in common form, and also made oath that the personal estate and effects of the intestate who was his lawful father, within the Diocese of Bangor were under the value of fifty pounds.

The intestate died the nineteenth day of February 1823.
A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels Wares and Merchandise as well moveable as not moveable and other personal estate and effects of William Rowlands late of the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon in the Diocese of Bangor, Blacksmith, deceased made by us whose names are hereunto subscribed the 17th day of February in the year of our Lord 1823.
