William Thomas, Rhosyfoel, Pwllheli, Yeoman : Will 1810.
In the name of God Amen.I William Thomas of Pwllheli in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman being sick in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament as follows.
I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Jonet Roberts the sum of fifteen pounds to be paid to her in three calendar months next after my decease.
I also give and bequeath unto her all my household furniture which I shall die possessed of for and during her natural life and immediately after her decease.
I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my grand daughters Mary Evans and Mary Roberts, share and share alike.
As to all the rest and residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my daughters Margaret and Mary whom I constitute and appoint Co Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me heretofore made and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and nine.
Signed sealed published and declared by the above named William Thomas as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the Testator and of each other.

On the 22nd day of February in the year of our Lord 1810 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrixes Margaret Williams and Mary Williams, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Credits and Effects of the late William Thomas of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman made and appraised by us (Gratis) this twenty fifth
day of January in the year of our Lord 1810.
