John Lloyd Prichard, Shopkeeper, Pwllheli : Will 1810.
In the name of God Amen.I John Lloyd Prichard of the Town of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Shopkeeper being weak and infirm in body, but of sound mind memory and understanding, thanks be given to Almighty God for the same, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in form and manner following.
In the first place I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Anne Owen all that my dwelling house wherein I now live with all its appurtenances situate lying and being in the Town of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio and County of Carnarvon to her, her heirs and assigns for ever.
Also I give and bequeath unto my said beloved wife Anne Owen all my money securities for money, chattels estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and where soever the same shall be at the time of my death. And I do nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Anne Owen Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every Will or Wills at any time heretofore by me made, and do declare this, and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said John Lloyd Prichard have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight (1808)
Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Testator John Lloyd Prichard as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

On the thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord 1808 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Anne Owen, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels Credits and Effects of the late John Lloyd Prichard of the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Shopkeeper, deceased made and appraised by us (Gratis) whose names are hereunto subscribed this 20th day of October in the year of our Lord 1808.
