Know all men by these Presents that We David Griffith of Llechengan in the Parish of Carnguwch in the County of Carnarvon, Griffith Roberts of Gelligron the Parish of Llanarmon in the said County of Carnarvon and John Roberts of Felin Llwyndyrus the Parish of Abererch in the said County of Carnarvon are holden and firmly bound unto the Right Reverend Father in God ........ in the sum of thirty seven pounds of good lawful money of Great Britain.The condition of this Obligation is such that if the above bounden David Griffith, son, next of kin and Administrator of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the late Elizabeth Evans late of Llechengan in the Parish of Carnguwch in the County of Carnarvon, Widow and Diocese of Bangor .....
On the thirteenth day of June in the year of our Lord 1827 personally appeared David Griffith and alledged that Elizabeth Evans late of Llechengan in the Parish of Carnguwch in the County of Carnarvon died in the ... year of our Lord Intestate, without making any Will.
That he this appearer is the lawful son and next of kin of the deceased wherefore he prays that Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased be granted to him on giving the usual security. Let Administration pass as prayed to the said David Griffith he being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of Twenty Pounds.
