Elizabeth Prichard, Penfras Llangybi : Will 1848.
In the name of God Amen. The seventeenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty five.I Elizabeth Prichard of Penfras in the Parish of Llangybi County of Carnarvon calling unto mind the mortality of my body knowing that it is appointed once unto all men to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say.
First I give and bequeath to my son Humphrey Prichard the sum of one shilling to be paid by my Executors hereafter named.
Also I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Roberts, daughter of Elis Roberts, Penfras Isaf the sum of ten pounds to be paid by my son Griffith Prichard.
Also I give and bequeath to my sons William Prichard and Griffith Prichard whom I likewise constitute make and ordain my Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament all and singular my whole part, that is one third of the whole stock of the said farm Penfras in the aforesaid Parish of Llangybi in the said County of Carnarvon, with all my said one third part of the household furniture, debts and moveable effects by them freely to be possessed and enjoyed.
And I hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every other former Testaments, Wills, Legacies, Bequests and Executors by me in any ways before named, willed, bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and my seal this day and year above written.
Signed sealed published and pronounced and declared by the said Elizabeth Prichard as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers and in the presence of each other.

On the twenty eighth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight, the aforesaid written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named William Prichard and Griffith Prichard Executors, they being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.

The Testator died on the 25th day of February 1848.
A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Household Goods of the late Elizabeth Prichard Penfras in the Parish of Llangybi County of Carnarvon (deceased) being one third of the whole stock of the said farm Penfras.
