Griffith Humphrey, Carguwch bach, Carnguwch, Farmer : Will 1847.
In the name of God Amen.I Griffith Humphrey of Carngywch bach in the Parish of Carngywch in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being in tolerable health of body, and perfect state of mind, praised be God, do this fifteenth day of February in the year of our Lord 1839, make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
As to all my personal estate and effects of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath the same unto my beloved wife Margaret Jones, whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills, heretofore by me made declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Griffith Humphrey as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven (1847) the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Margaret Jones, Sole Executrix, she being first personally sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.

The Testator died on the 14th day of July 1847.
A true and perfect Inventory of the Household Goods Furniture Chattels Effects and Credits of the late Griffith Humphrey of Carngywch bach in the Parish of Carngywch in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer made by us (Gratis) the 26th day of July 1847.
