John Williams, Penybryn, Bodfean, Farmer : Will 1830.
In the name of God Amen.I John Williams of Penybryn in the Parish of Bodvean in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being in health of body and of perfect mind memory and understanding praised be God, do this seventeenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four (1824) make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, viz.
I give devise and bequeath all those houses lands and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the Parish of Llandwrog in the County of Carnarvon, commonly called or known by the name or names of Tynlone, unto Anne Jones, Spinster, now living with me, and to her heirs and assigns for ever.
Also I give and bequeath unto the said Anne Jones, spinster, now living with me, all my personal estate and effects of what kind quality or nature soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease.
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Ann Jones Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made declaring this and this only to be my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator John Williams as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the 22nd day of May in the year of our Lord 1830, the above written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Anne Jones, Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £20.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Effects Chattels and Credits of the late John Williams of Penybryn in the Parish of Bodvean, deceased made (gratis) by us this 8th day of May 1830.
