Richiart Williams, Melin Bodfean, Bodfean, Yeoman : Will 1828.
In the name of God Amen.I Richiart Williams Melin Bodfean in the Parish of Bodvean in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Yeoman, being mindful of my mortality and of sound mind memory and understanding, Blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
First I give and bequeath unto the Joned Williams daughter of my daughter of Velin Llannor cupboard press that is in my house.
I do give and bequeath unto my son Richiart Williams Cattle Horse Pigs Sheep furniture of my house, I do hereby nominate and appoint my Sole Executor Administrator to and for his own use benefit absolutely.
I hereby also revoke annull and make void all and singular Will or Wills by me hitherto made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty six. Signed sealed delivered and published by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witnesses in his presence and at his request.

On the first day of November in the year of our Lord 1827 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executor Richard Williams, he being first sworn in common form of Law and the whole of the of Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £100.
