John Jones, Tyddyn Coed Bach, Bodfean, Farmer : Will 1856.

In the name of God Amen.

I John Jones of Tyddyngoed bach in the Parish of Bodfean, do make my last Will and Testament as follows.

I give and bequeath to Robert Roberts Farmer Fron fawr and to Robert Hughes Mariner of Fron all property of every description which I may die possessed of money, goods, stock, furniture and to hold in Trust for the use and benefit of my wife Mary Jones if she shall survive me and I give and bequeath all such property of every description to my son William after the death of my said wife Mary Jones. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty six.

Signed sealed and delivered by the Testator John Jones as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses this ninth day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty six.

On the thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty six personally appeared Robert Roberts and Robert Hughes within bounden and alleged that John Jones late of Tyddyngoed bach in the Parish of Bodfean in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, deceased, departed this life on or about the twelfth day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty six having first duly made and executed his last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the ninth day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty six (now hereto annexed) but without having appointed an Executor thereof. That they these appearers are the Universal Legatees in Trust named in the said Will.

Wherefore they pray that Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased with his said Will annexed, be granted to them on giving the usual security. Let Administration with the said Will annexed pass as prayed to the said Robert Roberts and Robert Hughes, they being first sworn as the Law directs and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.
