Elias Roberts, Henllan, Abererch : Will 1856.
In the name of God Amen.I Elias Roberts of Henllan in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor do this forteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty six (1856) being sick in body but of sound mind, memory and understanding. Praised be Almighty God for the same, make, publish and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in name and form (Viz).
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Eleanor Roberts all and all of my personal Estate and Effects of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Eleanor Roberts my beloved wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me declaring this only to be my last Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written, the mark and seal of Elias Roberts, signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Testator in the presence of us who have signed our names as witnesses.

On the third day of May in the year of our Lord 1856 the within written will was insinuated, proves, approved and in common form of law decreed valid, and administration granted to the within named Executrix Eleanor Roberts she being first sworn in common form of law and that the whole of the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

The deceased died on the twentieth day of February 1856.
