Thomas Williams, Tanrallt, Abererch, Farmer : Will 1853.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Williams of Tanrallt in the parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer.I direct that all my just debts as well those due by specialty or by simple contract funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease by my Executrix hereinafter named I give and devise all that my messuage or dwelling house outkitchen garden and field piece or parcel of land thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the village of Abererch in the Parish of Abererch in the said County of Carnarvon commonly called and known by the name of Tyisaf and now or late in the or tenure holding or occupation of Richard Roberts Joiner his undertenants or assigns and also all those my several messuages or dwelling houses cottages gardens herediments and premises with their appurtenances situate lying and being in the village of Abererch aforesaid on the left hand side of the Turnpkie road leading from the Town of Pwllheli to Tremadoc and now or late in the several tenures holdings or occupations of Richard Luke , William Thomas, Ellin Samuel, Hugh Williams, David Jones and William Roberts their some or one of their undertenants or assigns and all other my real estate situate lying and being in the parish of Abererch aforesaid or elsewhere in the said County of Carnarvon to my wife Margaret her heirs and assigns for ever.
I give and bequeath my household goods and furniture farming stock and all other my personal estate goods chattels and effects to my said wife Margaret absolutely and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Margaret Sole Executrix of this my Will and do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Thomas Williams the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifteenth day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty six.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Williams the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the sixteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three, the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executrix, Margaret Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to twenty pounds. Before me Thomas Jones Surrogate. The deceased died on the 28th day of February 1853.
