Charles Williams Clogwyn rhintach, Abererch, Farmer : Will 1852

In the name of God Amen.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Williams of Clogwyn rhintach in the Parish of Abererch, County of Carnarvon, Farmer, Nurseryman and Agent written with my own hand this eighteenth day of April One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty.

I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ellen Anne Williams all my Goods and Chattels, Farming Stock and Crops with all kinds of trees in the Nursery and all my Book debts with every other thing or things that I am possessed of at the time of my decease and after her death to be equally divided between my children then living share and share alike except my eldest son William Ellis who is entitled to a small property after his mother's decease.

Signed, sealed, published and decalared in the presence of us and we in the presence of each other as his last Will and Testament

On the first day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty two the within written Will was insinuated, proved , approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Ellen Anne Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the goods,chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to one hundred pounds.
