In the name of God Amen.

I Evan Jones of Rhydynog in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, singleman being of a sound mind memory and understanding praised br god, publish and declare this within Instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament which I make and ordain in the form and manner following that is to say. Imprimis.

I give and bequeath to my sister Marry Jones of Rhydynog the sum of Ten Pounds Sterling.

I give and bequeath to my Neffu Owan Jones of Rhydynog the sum of Ten Pounds Sterling.

I give and bequeath to my Nice Margaret Elias of Do the sum of Ten Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my Neffu Humphrey Jones the sum of Ten Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my Neice Ruthe Jones the sum of Ten Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my Niece Ellisabeth Jones the sum of Ten Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my Niece Marry Jones the sum of Ten Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my Niese Lydia Jones the sum of Ten Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my Niece Jane Jones the sum of Ten Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my brother John Jones the sum of Ten Pounds.

I appoint nominate constitute Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament in Testimony David Williams of Llys padrig whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eighth day of January in the year One thousand eight hundred and seventeen. Signed sealed published and declared by the testator Evan Jones as and for his Last Will and Testament in our presence on his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witness thereunto.

On the 3rd day of January in the year of our Lord 1818 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the within named Executor David Williams, he being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £300.

Probate granted 10th January 1818.
