Robert Roberts, Crymllwyn Canol, Abererch, Farmer : Will 1813.
In the name of God Amen.I Robert Roberts of Crymllwyn Canol in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being in perfect health and of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do publish and declare this written Instrument to be as and for my last Will and Testament which I make and ordain in form and manner following – that is to say – Imprimis.
I give and bequeath unto my sister Catherine Roberts wife of Evan Jones the sum of twenty shillings of lawful British Money.
As for and touching the rest and residue of my personal Estate Goods Chattels and Credits of what nature or quality soever they may happen to be at the time of my death, I give and bequeath the same all and singular thereof unto and for the sole use conduct and disposal of my dear and loving wife Mary Prichard.
The said Mary Prichard I nominate constitute and appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety six.
Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator Robert Roberts as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto.

On the 28th day of May in the year of our Lord 1813 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Mary Prichard, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
