John Williams, Ynysfawr, Abererch, Farmer : Will 1817.

In the name of God Amen.

I John Williams of Ynysfawr in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer being mindful of my mortality and of sound mind memory and understanding. Blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say.

All residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature kind and quality after Funeral/Expenses and I do give and bequeath unto my wife Catherine Williams as Administratrix Executrix and Assigns to and for her own use and benefit absolutely.

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Catherine Williams sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. I also hereby revoke annull and make void aa and singular Will or Wills by me, hitherto made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this First day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve.

Signed sealed declared and published his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed and names as witnesses in his presence and at his request.

On the 23rd day of April in the year of our Lord 1817, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Catherine Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100
before me William Williams Surrogate

Probate granted 21st May 1817.

A true and perfect inventory of all the goods chattels wares and merchandise as well moveable as not moveable of John Williams late of Ynysfawr in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer deceased made by us whose names are hereunto subscribed the 23rd day of April in the year of our Lord 1817.
