This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Roberts of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon, Labourer.I give and bequeath all my money household goods and furniture goods chattels and effects unto my wife Jane for the term of her natural life and after her decease or marriage during the lifetime of my daughter Ellen, then unto my said daughter Ellen her executors administrators and assigns absolutely. But in case my said daughter dies in the lifetime of my wife Then I give and bequeath all my personal estate aforesaid unto my said wife absolutely. I appoint my said wife Executrix of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twelfth day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Roberts as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have affixed our names as witnesses.

On the 23rd day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine /1839/ the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Jane Roberts Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.
