Robert Evans, Ynys Bobloedd , Abererch, Joiner : Will 1838.

In the name of God Amen.

I Robert Evans of Ynysbobloedd in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Joiner, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, do, this thirtieth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four, make publish and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.

I give and bequeath subject to the payment of my just debts, funeral expenses and the proving of this my Will, all my leasehold and personal estate of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease unto my beloved wife Jane Evans absolutely.

And I nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved wife Jane Evans Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Robert Evans as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord 1838, the within written Will was insinuates proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Jane Evans Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of One hundred pounds.
