Margaret Jones, Ty Uchaf, Abererch, : Will 1832.

In the name of God Amen.

I Margaret Jones of Ty Ucha in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon, Widow being of sound mind memory and understanding to make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say. First I recommend my soul to the hand of Almighty God who gave it and my body to the earth to be decently buried by my Executor hereinafter named and as to my worldly effects I dispose of the same as follows.

I give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter, daughter of my late son William the sum of Two pounds and I will and direct that the above legacy shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named within twelve calendar months next after my decease.

All the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate and Effects ready money securities for money mortgages bills bonds and notes of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease. I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my dear son Robert Williams to his own use and benefit and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said son Robert sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have to this last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty six.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Margaret Jones as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

On the third day of July in the year of our Lord 1832, the above written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Robert Williams, Sole Executor, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, do not amount to the sum of twenty pounds.

A true and Perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Household Furniture being the property of Margaret Jones of Ty Uchaf in the Parish of Abererch County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor at the time of her decease taken this 21st day of June 1832.
