Jane Prichards, Tyn y lone, Aber-erch, : Will 1830.

In the name of God Amen.

I Jane Prichards of Tyn y Lone in the Parish of Abererch, in the County of Carnarvon, being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, do make publish and declare this as my and for my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say).

First I give and bequeath unto my son Richard Roberts the sum of Twelve Pounds of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter Jane Griffiths the sum of One Pound and Ten Shillings of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter Eleanor Griffiths the like sum of One Pound and Ten Shillings of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

And as to all and singular my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kind soever, I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof after payment and satisfaction of my death and funeral expenses unto my Grandaughter Mary Jones, whom I likewise constitute make and ordain sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this Twenty Seventh day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Six (1826)

Signed sealed published pronounced and delivered by the said Jane Prichards, the Testatrix and for her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other

On the 22nd day of October in the year of our Lord 1830 the within written Will wis insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the within named Mary Jones, Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £100
