In the name of God Amen. I Ann Roberts of Pwll y pompren in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make Publish and Declare this as my and for my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say).First I Give and bequeath unto my son John Roberts the sum of Five shillings of good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Roberts the like sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son Robert Roberts the sum of One shilling.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Catharine Roberts the like sum of One shilling.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Ann Roberts the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son Harry Evans the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Ann Parry the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Jane Parry the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son Robert Hughes the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfyll Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Ann Hughes the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Elizabeth Hughes the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son Griffith Williams the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son Robert Williams the sum of Ten shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son John Williams the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son William Williams the like sum of Five shillings.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Elizabeth Williams the like sum of Five shillings.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Mary Williams the like sum of Five shillings.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Ann, the Daughter of Evan Roberts the sum of Ten shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son Robert Jones the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain.
And as to all and singular my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kindsoever I give and bequeath the same and every Part thereof after Payment and Satisfaction of my Debts and Funeral Expenses unto my son Evan Roberts, whom I likewise constitute make and ordain Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
I Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal, this Fourteenth day of February In the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Six. Signed, sealed Published pronounced and Declared by the said Ann Roberts, the Testator as and for her Last Will and Testament in the presence us who have hereunto subscribed our Names As Witnesses hereto at her request in her presence and in presence of each other. On the Second day od August in the year of our Lord 1826, the above or within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Evan Roberts Sole Executor, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do nor amount in value to £20.
