Robert Isaac, Crynllwyn , Abererch, : Will 1823.

In the name of God Amen.

I Robert Isaac of Crynllwyn in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say).

First I give and bequeath unto my son William the sum of Ten pounds of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Eleanor the sum of Ten pounds of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter Catharine Williams one oak chest (but not the best one) after the death of my beloved wife Catharine Williams.

And as to all and singular my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kindsoever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof after payment and satisfaction of my debts and funeral expenses unto my beloved wife Catharine Williams whom I likewise constitute make and ordain Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty three.

Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Robert Isaac the Testator as and for my Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto at my request in his presence and in the presence of each other.

On the fifth day of February in the year of our Lord 1824, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Catharine Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amonut in value to £100.

Inventory made the 20th day of December 1823 on the Household Goods and Chattels of the late Robert Isaac Crymllwyn in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon Diocese of Bangor.
