Robert Prichard, Bryntanni Ucha, Abererch, : Will 1825.
In the name of God Amen.I Robert Prichard of Bryntanni Ucha in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, being of sound mind memory considering the mortality of my body and the immortality of soul and hoping to be saved through the Merits and Mediation of my dear saviour Jesus Christ do publish and declare this written Instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament which I make and ordain in the form and manner following (that is to say) Imprimis.
I give and bequeath unto my brother Richard Roberts of Penybont in the Parish of Llannor the sum of one and twenty shillings now remains in his hands.
I also do order give and bequeath one pound more to be paid to the said Richard Roberts within twelve months after my decease.
I give and bequeath the sum of one shilling to my sister in law Elizabeth Williams residing in the County of Anglesea.
As to the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and chattels and credits I give and bequeath the same all and singular thereof after the just payment of the above legacies and defraying my funeral expenses to my beloved wife Jane Roberts whom I nominate and appoint to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made declaring this and this only to be my Last Will and Testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine.
Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator Robert Prichards as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto.

On the 3rd day of January in the year of our Lord 1825 the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Jane Roberts, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £20.
