Lewis Humphreys, Plastanrallt, Pwllheli, Gentleman : Bond 1821.

Know all men by these presents, that we Mary Humphreys of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Widow, Lewis Evans of the same Parish and County, Plumber and Glazier, John Evans of the Parish of Abererch in the said County of Carnarvon, Farmer are holden and firmly bound ....... in the sum of three hundred and thirty seven pounds.

On the eighteenth day of May in the year of our Lord 1821 personally Mary Humphreys and alledged that Lewis Humphreys late of Pwllheli in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Gentleman died in the year of our Lord 1820, Intestate without making any Will. That she this appearer is the lawful Widow and Relict of the said deceased. Wherefore she prays that Administration of all and singular the Goods of the said deceased be granted to her on giving the usual security.

Let Administration pass as prayed to the said Mary Humphreys, she being first sworn personally on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £200.

A true and correct Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Credits of the late Lewis Humphreys of Pwllheli in tth day of May he Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Gentleman, made and appraised by us (gratis) this 18th day of May 1822.
