Robert Prichard, Tyn lone, Abererch, Yeoman : Will 1819.

In the name of God Amen.

I Robert Prichard of Tyn y lone in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make Publish and Declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say).

First I give and bequeath unto my son Richard the sum of Three Pounds of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret the sum of Five Pounds of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth wife of Griffith Roberts the sum of Five shillings of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain.

As to all and singular my personal estate and effects whatsoever and where soever and of what nature and kind soever, I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof after payment and satisfaction of my debts and funeral expenses unto my dearly beloved wife Jane Prichard whom I likewise constitute make and ordain Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventeen.

Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Robert Prichard the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other.

On the 18th day of December in the year of our Lord 1818 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Jane Prichard, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
before me William Williams Surrogate.
