Thomas Samuel, Abererch, Mariner : Will 1811.

In the name of God Amen.

I Thomas Samuel is sound in knowledge and mind but weak in body to make this the last Will and Testament as followeth.

I leave all my stock goods and furniture between my dear wife and my two daughters to share them lawfully and my sloop called Peggy between them as other things but I pull out of my stock my clocks to give to my eldest daughter Ann and I bind my dear wife Margaret Williams id she married that is nothing due to her but bedstead and clothes.

As witness my hand this 9th day of November 1809.

On the 15th day of July in the year of our Lord 1810, personally appeared Margaret Williams, Widow and alleged that she id the lawful widow of Thomas Lloyd in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon, Mariner, deceased, died in the year of our Lord 1809 having made the annexed Will, she prays that Administration of all and singular the Goods of the said deceased be granted to her on giving the usual security. Let Administration pass as prayed to the said Margaret Williams she being first sworn personally on the Holy Evangelists as the law directs and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
