Richard Hughes, Tyddyn y Cestill, Abererch, Yeoman : Will 1806.

In the name of God Amen.

I Richard Hughes of Tythyn y Cestill in the Parish of Abereirch in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman being sick in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say.

I give and devise all and singular my messuages tenements lands and herediments commonly called or known by the names of Cill y Felin and Tynewydd situate lying and being in the Parish of Aberdaron in the said County of Carnarvon and all other my messuages tenements lands and herediments situate in any part of the County of Carnarvon subject to and charged and chargeable with the mortgage now affecting the same unto my dear wife Margaret for and during her natural life only and from and immediately after her decease I give and devise the same and every part thereof subject to and charged and chargeable as aforesaid unto my own right heirs forever. As to and concerning all singular my personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease which I then shall be possessed of I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses and the expenses of proving this my will unto my said dear wife Margaret to be at her own disposal and management and as her own and separate goods and chattels forever and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said dear wife Margaret Sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Will or Wills made by me and I do hereby declare this and this alone to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five.

On the Twenty Fourth day of January in the year of our Lord 1806, the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executrix Margaret Davies, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

Probate granted 30th May 1806. January 23rd 1806.

Inventure of every sort of goods cattle and tools house furniture and every thing belongs to Richard Hughes Tyddun Cesdill in the Parish of Abererch County of Carnarvon.
