Robert Evans, Tyddyn y Perthi , Abererch, Farmer : Bond 1803.
On the 12th day January in the year of our Lord 1803 personally appeared Martha Evans and alleged that Robert Evans late of Tyddyn y Perthi died in the year of our Lord 1802, intestate without making any Will, that she this appearer is the lawful Widow and Relict of the said deceased. Wherefore she prays that Administration of all and singular the goods of the said deceased be granted to her on giving the usual security.Let Administration pass as Prayed to the said Martha Evans she being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists, as the Law directs and that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not exceed in value £262..12..0
