In the name of God Amen.I Henry Griffith of Ty'n y pwll in the village of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Labourer, being of a sound mind, memory and understanding (Praised be God) do publish and declare this written Instrument as and for my last Will and Testament, which I make and ordain in the Form and manner following : That is to say, Imprimis.
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Eleanor Jones my worldly goods and credits and everything that I am possessed of.
I also nominate and constitute my beloved wife Eleanor Jones sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, which I make and declare this Twenty ninth day of May One thousand eight hundred and eleven. Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator Henry Griffith as and for his Last Will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto.

On the 15th Day of June in the year of our Lord 1811, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the within named Executrix Eleanor Jones, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £20.
