Morris Roberts, Gromlech, Abererch, : Will 1793.

On the sixth day of June in the year od our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety three.

I Morris Roberts of Gromlech in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon being sick of Body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make my last Will and Testament in form and manner following that is to say.

I give and bequeath unto my dear and loving wife Margaret Prichard the Interest of Three hundred pounds annually during her life together with her Jointure unto of my Tenement called Caucefnithen Parish of Bryncroes in the County aforesaid both namely by my Brothers Robert Roberts and William Roberts, to be paid her regularly by my Executors hereinafter mentioned and named.

As and touching the residue and remainder of my personal Estate of what state or quality soever they may prove to be after my decease, I give and bequeath the same unto and between my brothers Robert Roberts and William Roberts, and my Nephew Richard Roberts, share and share alike without partiality favour or affection.

The said Robert Roberts, Willam Roberts and Richard Roberts, I nominate constitute and appoint joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament. In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this day and year above mentioned and written. Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator Morris Roberts as and for his Last Will and Testament in our presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have set our names as witnesses there unto.

On the 17th day of June in the year of our Lord 1790 the above within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to Robert Roberts one of the Executors named in the said Will, he being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs (with power reserved for William Roberts and Richard Roberts the three Executors named in the said Will, to apply for the same when they shall be lawfully entitled thereof) and alleged that the whole sum or value of the Testator Morris Roberts doth not amount to three hundred pounds.
