Rowland Evan, Llwyn Riffley, Abererch, Widower : Will 1787.
In the name of God Amen.I Rowland Evan of Llwynriffley in the Parish of Abereirch in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, being weak in body but of sound memory and understanding do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
I give and bequeath unto my eldest son Evan Rowland the sum of one shilling of Lawful English Money.
I also do give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret wife of Evan Morgan of Clogwn in the said Parish and County Labourer the sum of one shilling of Lawful English Money.
Lastly I do make and constitute my youngest son Robert Rowland Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven.
Sealed signed published and declared by the above named Rowland Evan for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us

The Will was proved on 8th November 1787. On which day the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law deemed valid and Administration granted to the Executor within named, he being first sworn as the Law directs, saving etc
before me Richard Owen Surrogate.
