Evan Roberts, Rhosfawr, Abererch, Yeoman : Will 1763.
In the name of God Amen.I Evan Roberts of Rhosfawr in the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon Yeoman being sick and weak in body but of good sound sane and perfect mind memory and understanding praised be God/Do on this Twenty fourth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty three make ordain publish and declare my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say.
First I give and bequeath unto my son John Evans the sum of five pounds of Lawful British Money.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son William Evans the sum of one shilling of like British Money.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son Robert Evans the sum of one shilling of like British Money.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane the wife of William Williams of the parish of Llannor in the said County yeoman the like sum of one shilling of Like Lawful Money.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine the wife of Ellis Jones of the parish of Llangian in the said County yeoman the like sum of one shilling of like Lawful Money.
All the rest residue and remainder of all and singular my Goods, Chattels and personal estate of what nature degree or quality the same shall happen to be or to consist of at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same after payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses unto and among my Loving wife Anne and my daughters Anne Evans and Jonet Evans to be divided between them my said wife Anne and my said daughters Anne Evans and Jonet Evans share and share alike.
And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Anne sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me of anytime heretofore made and do publish and declare this for my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Testator Evan Roberts have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year first above written. Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Testator Evan Roberts for and as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us.

On the 16th Day of March 1763 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the Executrix within named, she being first personally sworn on the holy Evangelist as the law directs

Feb 1763 the personal Estate Goods and Chattles of Evan Roberts late of Rhosfawr of the parish of Abereirch in the County of Carnarvon deceased was appraised valued as an Inventory before three credible witnesses Viz
