Evan Jones, Abererch, : Will 1749.
In the name of God Amen. November the 21st 1749.I Evan Jones of the parish of Abberach and County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor being sick and weak in body but of sound perfect mind and memory thanks be to the Almighty God, Do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following : That is to say :
I Leave give and bequeath unto my brother Robert William the sum of fifteen shillings.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Niece Jonnett Roberts the sum of five shillings.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Niece Margarett Williams Daughter of William Owen of Pwllhely the sum of fifteen shillings.
Item. I make ordain and appoint my wedded wife Anne Edwards to be my sole Executrix of all my goods, cattle and chattels moveable or imoveable whatsoever or wheresoever they be and to pay off all my funeral debts and legacies and so revoking and dissannulling all other Wills and Testament hereafter by me made, nominate and ordain as witness our hand the day and year above written. Signed, sealed published declared and read in the presence and sight of these witnesses.
