In the name of God Amen.I John Roberts of the Parish of Abererch in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, considering the uncertainty of this life do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament (as for … and considering my worldly estate) in manner and form following. Imprimis.
I give and bequeath to my nephew Robert Thomas eleven pounds.
I give and bequeath to my nephew Hugh Thomas five pounds. I give and bequeath to my nephew Owen Prichard five pounds.
I give and bequeath to my niece Dorothy Thomas five pounds.
I give and bequeath to my cousin Owen Thomas one pound.
I give and bequeath to my cousin Hugh Thomas ten shillings.
I give and bequeath to my aunt Elizabeth Griffith one pound. I give and bequeath to my cousin Lowry Williams five shillings.
I give and bequeath to Catherine the now wife of John Thomas William five shillings.
I give and bequeath to be distributed amongst the poor twenty shillings.
I give and bequeath all and singular the rest and residue of my worldly Goods, Cattle, Chattels, Credits and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after my debts are paid) unto my wife Lowry Williams and I do nominate make constitute and appoint her the said Lowry Williams my wife full and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and making void all other Wills and Testaments. In witness whereof I the said John Roberts have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of January Anno Dui 1729.
