John Griffiths, Ty Mawr, Aberdaron : Will 1855.
This is the last Will and Testament of John Griffiths of Ty Mawr, in the Parish of Aberdaron and County of Carnarvon.I give devise and bequeath to my wife Anne Griffiths. Her heirs, administrators and executors, for her and their own use and benefit absolutely and for ever, all my estate and effects both now and for ? and personal, whatsoever and where soever, and of what nature and quality soever; and I do hereby appoint her Sole Executrix of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and fifty five.
Signed by the said John Griffiths, the Testator in the presence of us present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses thereto.

On the fourth day of July in the year of our Lord 1855 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the within named Executrix Anne Griffiths, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to one hundred pounds.

The deceased died on the eighth day of April 1855.
