John Williams, Ty Lewis, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1854.
I, John Williams of Ty Lewis in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.I give and bequeath the whole of my personal estate and effects of whatever nature, kind or quality the same may be at the time of my decease, between Richard Griffiths of Brynmawr and Catherine Jones of Shop Penycaera both of the said parish of Aberdaron and County of Carnarvon each to have share and share alike.
And I do nominate constitute and appoint the said Richard Griffiths and Catherine Jones sole executors of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of May in the year of our Lord 1854.
Signed sealed declared and published by the above named John Williams as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence and at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

On the thirteenth day of May in the year of our Lord 1854 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of law decreed valid and Administration to the within named Executors, Richard Griffiths and Catherine Jones. They being first sworn in common form of law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
