Mary Williams, Bodermyd uchaf, Aberdaron, Widow : Will 1849.
I Mary Williams of Bodermyd in the Parish of Aberdaron, Widow, do this fifth day of January 1849, make ordain this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following. Viz.I give and bequeath to my grandson John Williams, son of my daughter Mary, the sum of fifty pounds to be paid him by my Executors as soon as he is of age.
Also I give to my said grandson my shirt of drawers, which he is to have immediately after my death. It is my wish that my said grandson do remain with my son Evan Jones at Bodermyd.
I further nominate and appoint my son Richard Jones trustee for my said grandson.
All the remainder of what I may be possessing of at the time of my death I give and bequeath to my son Evan Jones, whom I appoint Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written. Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Williams as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers.

On the third day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty nine, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Evan Jones, Sole Executor, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased Mary Williams do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.
Before me William Williams Surrogate.
The Testatrix died on the 11th day of January 1849.
A true and perfect Inventory of all the goods and chattels of Mary Williams late of Bodermyd uchaf in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, deceased, made by us, whose names are hereunto subscribed the 2nd day of June in the year of our Lord 1849.
