Griffith Williams, Ty Mawr, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1846.
In the name of God Amen. The thirty first day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty.I Griffith Williams, of Ty Mawr, in the Parish of Aberdaron, in the County of Carnarvon, being in perfect health, sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament, that is to say. Imprimis.
I give and bequeath, after my lawful debts have been paid, the sum of one pound to my grandson William Griffith, son of Richard Griffith of Ty Mawr to be paid to him immediately after my death.
Also I give to my granddaughter Lowry Roberts who now lives with me the sum of ten shillings to be paid to her within six calendar months after my death.
The rest and residue of my property of every kind, that I may possess at my death, I give and bequeath to my dear son Richard Griffith of Ty Mawr who now lives with me, whom I also constitute make and ordain my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Griffith Williams as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribed.

On the tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six, the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Richard Griffith, son and Sole Executor, he being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels, Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.

The Testator died on the 23rd day of March 1846.
A true and perfect Inventory of all the goods credit and effects of the late Griffith Williams of Ty Mawr, Parish of Aberdaron, County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer deceased made and appraised by us this 9th day of May 1846.
