Robert Hughes, Safn y Pant, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1843.

In the name of God Amen.

I Robert Hughes of Safn y Pant in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer, being in health of body and of sound disposing mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same, do this Twenty Sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one, make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, Viz.

First I give and bequeath all my personal property of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease to Anne Jones wife of Rees Jones and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Anne Jones Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other Will or Wills heretofore by me made declaring this and this only to be my last Will. In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my hand and seal the day and year first before written.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Robert Hughes as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the fourteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three / 1843 / the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Anne Jones Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred pounds.

The Testator died on the 23rd day of November 1842.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels Credits and Effects of the late Robert Hughes of Safn y Pant in the Parish of Aberdaron, in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer, deceased made and appraised by us (gratis) this First day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty two.
