Rowland Jones, Ty Nant, Aberdaron : Will 1843.

 The eleventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty two.

I Rowland Jones, of Ty Nant in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, that is to say.

I give and bequeath to my wife Margaret Jones all the stock on Ty Nant and also all my household furniture and such money as may be in my house at the time of my death subject to her paying out of them the sum of one shilling to each of my children and then after her death.

I give and bequeath the said stock and furniture and whatever she may be possessed of at the time of her death to my daughter Lowry Jones. I make my said wife Margaret Jones Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

Signed sealed pronounced and declared by the said Rowland Jones, as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribed.

On the thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three / 1843 / the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Margaret Jones, Widow, and Sole Executrix, she being first personally sworn as the Law directs, and that whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of twenty pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Credits and Effects of the late Rowland Jones of Tyn y Nant in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, made and appraised by us this 15th day of November 1842.
