Richard Williams, Anhegraig, Aberdaron : Will 1818.

In the name of God Amen.

I Richard Williams of Anhegraig in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon being sick in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testmanent in manner and form following viz.

First I do give bequeath and devise my real estate called Anhegraig and all and singular my Goods and Chattels unto William Lewis of Daunant in the Parish of Aberdaron, John Griffith of Bodychenan in the Parish of Llangwnadle and William Jones Prichard of Anhegraig in the said Parish of Aberdaron (In trust) to the use intent and purpose and care of my three children, William Ellin and Anne and my Will is that my said Trusty friends shall and will take proper care according to their own discretion to manage all and singular my estate and effects towards the maintenance of my children and shall and will buy and sell pay and receive all my demands to the use and support of my three children until my son and heir apparent shall arrive to the full age of twenty one years, then and in that case my Will is that my son William shall possess and enjoy my real estate but shall not be entitled to any of my personal estate but they shall be possessed and enjoyed by my two daughters share alike excepting my bed clothes I give and bequeath to my younger daughter Anne.

Lastly I constitute nominate and appoint my within named trusty friends William Lewis, John Griffith and William Jones Prichard to be Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament but are not to be entitled payment for their Agency, hereby revoking all other former Will or Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the 26th day of January in the year 1813.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the day and year first above written.

On the twentieth day of November in the year 1816, the above written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executors William Lewis and William Jones Prichard (the other Executor John Griffith is dead) they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
