Ann Jones, Gayfron, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1837.
In the name of God Amen.I Ann Jones of Gayfron in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon being weak in body, but of sound mind memory and understanding, doth make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament this twenty second day of February one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven in manner and form following that is to say.
First I do give and bequeath unto my son Harry Jones the sum of Twenty Pounds.
Second I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Elinor Jones the sum of Twenty Pounds.
Third I do give and bequeath to my son Thomas the sum of two shillings and six pence.
Fourth I do give and bequeath to my daughter Sara the sum of Two shillings and six pence.
Fifth I do give and bequeath to my daughter Lowry the sum of Two shillings and six pence.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my two daughters Ann and Rachael Jones to Joint Executrixes of all the remainder of my goods chattel and cattle and residuary legatee of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this to be my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Ann Jones as and to her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the twenty third day of November in the year of our Lord 1837 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Anne Jones and Rachael Jones, Joint Executrixes they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the goods credit and effects of the late Ann Jones of Gayfron, Parish of Aberdaron, County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmeress, deceased made and appraised by us this 20th day of November 1837.
