Evan Lewis, Bogelis Bach, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1836.
In the name of God Amen.I Evan Lewis of Bogelis Bach in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon being weak of body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, Viz.
First I do give and bequeath to my son Robert Evans the sum of Twenty Pounds.
Second I do give and bequeath to my son Lewis Evans the sum of Eight Pounds.
Third I do give and bequeath to my daughter Elinor the one fourth or one quarter of the stock of Bogelis bach and the one fourth of my parts of the vessel which happen to be … at the time of my death.
Fourth I do give and bequeath to my daughter Jane the sum of Two Pounds.
Fifth I do give and bequeath to my daughter Ann the sum of Two Pounds.
Sixth I do give and bequeath between the children of my daughter Mary the sum of Twelve Pounds, share and share alike but not to be received them till they being 18 years old and if some of them happen to be before come to the said age of 18 years the others that live to be his or her Executor.
Lastly I constitute nominate and appoint my loving wife Elinor Lewis and my son John Evans to be my sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills, heretofore by me made, declaring this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty third day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty two.
Signed published and declared by the said Testator Evan Lewis. As and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the 10th day of August in the year of our Lord 1836, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Eleanor Lewis and John Evans, Joint Executors, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the goods credits and effects of the late Evan Lewis of Bogelis bach Parish of Aberdaron County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer deceased, made and appraised by us this 30th day of July 1836.
