William Griffith, Penrhyn bach, Aberdaron : Will 1835.

In the name of God. Amen.

I William Griffith of Penrhyn bach in the Parish of Aberdaron, the County of Carnarvon being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding to publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Viz.

First I give to my wife Margaret Jones all my stock and goods for the maintenance of my children Lowry, Anne and Elizabeth and I said my said my wife Margaret Jones to be my Executrix and my Will if my wife happen to marriage to make an Inventory that time upon all of the said stock and goods and to give two share for the third to my children and third part to my wife Margaret.

I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I set my hand and seal this fourth day of December one thousand eight hundred and thirty four. Witness the day above written.

On the 27th day of May in the year of our Lord 1835, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form decreed valid and Administration granted to thw within named Margaret Jones alias Griffith, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of twenty pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Credits and Effects of the late William Griffith, Penrhynbach of the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer deceased, made and appraised by us this 19th day of May 1835.
