Sydney Jones, Gwthrian, Aberdaron : Will 1834.
In the Name of God Amen.I Sydney Jones of Gwthrian in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon doth make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.
First I do give and bequeath between my three child - John Catharine and Lewis the sum of ninety five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain, share and share alike.
Second I give and bequeath to my grandson William Jones the son of my daughter Dorothy the sum of five pounds, but not to be paid to him until he be twenty one years old - but if he die before come to that age my Will is to the five pounds to be divide between my above named children share and share alike and if any of my above named children die before married or without Will they are Executor to one another. All this above mentioned money is to be paid by my husband William Edwards as he mutually agreed by deed upon the Treaty of Marriage between me and him.
I constitute nominate and appoint my above named children to be my Sole Executors and residuary legatees of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I the within named Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty six day of April 1831.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix for as the last Will and Testament who in her presence and in the presence of each other have set our hands as witnesses the day and year above written.

On the seventh day of February in the year of our Lord 1834, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within names John Lewis, one of the Executors (the other Executors being minors) he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred pounds.
