Thomas Parry, Morfa, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1827.

In the Name of God Amen.

I Thomas Parry of Morfa in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being weak in body, but of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.

I do give and bequeath to William my son the sum of five pounds of British money.

I do give and bequeath to my son Richard the sum of five pounds.

I do give and bequeath between my grandsons William and Harry the sons of my son Harry the sum of five pounds to be paid when they are 21 years of age.

I do give and bequeath to my daughter Mary the sum of five pounds.

Also my daughter Jane the sum of forty pounds which I agree with her husband when she was married of which she has note to ask them.

I constitute nominate and appoint my loving wife Gaynor Roberts and my two sons Owen and Thomas in jointly to be my Sole Executors and residuary Legatee of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all formerly Wills by me heretofore made in witness whereof I the within named Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of April one thousand eight hundred and twenty six.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator for and as the last Will and Testament who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the day and year above written.

On the 23rd day of May in the year of our Lord 1827 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Gaynor Roberts, the widow and Owen Parry and Thomas Parry, the sons of the deceased, Joint Executors, they being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £200.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Credit and Effects of the late Thomas Parry, Morfa of the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer, this 16 day of May in the year 1827.
