Eleanor Evans, Davern, Aberdaron, : Will 1826.
In the name of God Amen.I Eleanor Evans of Davern in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, widow, do hereby make and publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner following. I am very weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding.
First I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane the sum of five pounds.
I do give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth the like sum of five pounds.
I do give and bequeath to my grand children by my daughter Dorothy deceased the sum of four pounds to be divided between them share alike.
I do give and bequeath to my son Evan Richard the sum of one shilling.
I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary all the residue and remainder of my personal property that may remain after my decease.
Lastly I constitute nominate and appoint my son in law Hugh Williams, husband of my daughter Mary Sole Executor and residuary legatee of this my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke in all other former Will or Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the fifth day of November in the year of our Lord 1825 the mark and seal of Eleanor Evans the within named Testatrix.
Signed sealed by the said Testatrix for and as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us whose names are hereunto subscribed the day and year first above written.

On the 13th day of May in the year of our Lord 1826 the afroresaid written will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to thw within named Hugh Williams Sole Executor, he being sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £100.

Probate granted 14th June 1826.
An account of the debtors of Eleanor Evans, widow of Davern in the Parish of Aberdaron, deceased by her on her death bed the 5th day of November 1825 in the presence of John Edwards, Schoolmaster of Aberdaron.
