Richard Thomas, Hendy, Aberdaron, Farmer : Will 1822.
In the name of God Amen.I Richard Thomas of Hendy in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer being very weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Viz.
I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne the full sum of Ten Pounds sterling to be raised and levied out of my real estate called Ty Canol.
I do give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin the full sum of Fifteen Pounds.
I also give and bequeath unto my son John the like sum of Fifteen Pounds to be raised all as above to be raised out my estate aforesaid.
I do give and bequeath unto my son Evan one half in moiety of my personal estate or stock viz. To possess one half of my stock only and not in addition to what I have already given him.
I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Lowry the sum of five shillings.
I do give desire devise and bequeath unto my loving wife Susanna Thomas the third part or jointee of my real estate called Ty Canol and Llain groes in the Parish of Rhiw for and after the decease of my wife I devise the above said Llain groes to my son Evan for and during his natural life and if my son Evan should die before his wife my Will is that the said Llain groes shall devolve between my two sons Benjamin and John and after their decease my Will is that Llain groes shall devolve and be possess by my grandson John Evans.
Lastly I constitute nominate and appoint my loving wife Susanna Thomas Sole Executrix and residuary legatee of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other former Will or Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal this 29th day of March in the year of our Lord 1822.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the day and year above written.

On the fifth day of December in the year of our Lord 1822, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Susanna Thomas, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, do not amount in value to £100.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Credits of the late Richard Thomas Hendu in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer deceased made and appraised by us Gratis this 21st day of June in the year of our Lord 1822.
The one half of the stock of Hendy was belong to Richard Thomas.
